Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 1/2 small white onion minced
  • 1 beef bouillon cube
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 12 pack slider buns
  • 1/3 cup dill pickle slices
  • 6 slices American cheese

  • Directions:
  • Cook the Beef:
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large skillet over medium-high heat, brown the ground beef with the minced onion, breaking the meat apart as it cooks.
  • Drain any excess grease, if necessary.
  • Add Flavorings:
  • Crumble the beef bouillon cube into the skillet.
  • Add water, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, and Worcestershire sauce to the beef.
  • Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat and let it simmer until the liquid has mostly evaporated.
  • Assemble the Sliders:
  • Place the bottoms of the slider buns in a baking dish.
  • Spoon the beef mixture evenly onto the bun bottoms.
  • Add pickle slices and a half slice of American cheese to each slider.
  • Cap with the top halves of the buns.
  • Prepare the Butter Sauce:
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, and Worcestershire sauce.
  • Brush this mixture generously over the top of the buns.
