Directions:
Cook the Beef:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, brown the ground beef with the minced onion, breaking the meat apart as it cooks.
Drain any excess grease, if necessary.
Add Flavorings:
Crumble the beef bouillon cube into the skillet.
Add water, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, and Worcestershire sauce to the beef.
Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat and let it simmer until the liquid has mostly evaporated.
Assemble the Sliders:
Place the bottoms of the slider buns in a baking dish.
Spoon the beef mixture evenly onto the bun bottoms.
Add pickle slices and a half slice of American cheese to each slider.
Cap with the top halves of the buns.
Prepare the Butter Sauce:
In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, and Worcestershire sauce.
Brush this mixture generously over the top of the buns.
