Preparation:
Preheat and Prepare: Set your oven to 400°F and get your baking dish ready.
Make the Sauce: In a large pot, combine milk, cream of bacon soup, cream cheese, garlic powder, and onion powder. Bring the mixture to a boil over medium-high heat.
Cook the Spaghetti: Once the mixture is bubbling, break the spaghetti in half and stir it into the pot. Reduce heat to medium-low and let it cook for about 8 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.
Combine Ingredients: Stir in 2 cups of the mozzarella cheese and half of the crumbled bacon into the spaghetti. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Assemble the Dish: Transfer the spaghetti mixture to the prepared 9×13-inch baking dish. Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella and bacon on top.
Bake: Place the dish in the oven and bake for about 15 minutes, or until the cheese on top is melted and starts to turn golden brown.
Garnish and Serve: Allow the dish to sit for 5 minutes after baking. If desired, garnish with snipped fresh chives before serving.
