  • 1 cup half-and-half
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • Prepare Chicken and Mushrooms: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add sliced chicken thighs and cook for about 5 minutes on each side until browned. Season with salt and pepper. Transfer chicken to a plate.
