Directions:
Prepare the Baking Sheet:
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set it aside. This will make cleanup easier and help prevent sticking.
Melt the Chocolate:
Place the white chocolate chips in a large microwave-safe bowl.
Microwave the chips in 30-second increments, stirring after each interval, until they are completely melted and smooth. This usually takes about 1.5 to 2 minutes total.
Mix Ingredients:
Add the crushed graham crackers and roughly chopped cashews to the melted chocolate. Stir well to ensure that all pieces are evenly coated with chocolate.
If you’re using cinnamon, stir it in now for a hint of warm spice.
Spread the Mixture:
Pour the candy mixture onto the prepared baking sheet. Spread it out into a thin, even layer using a spatula.
Cool the Candy:
Allow the candy to cool at room temperature until it hardens. This will take about 30 minutes depending on the room temperature.
Break into Pieces:
Once fully cooled, break the candy into small, bite-sized pieces.
