Directions:
Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Assemble the Crackers:
Arrange 24 Ritz crackers, flat side down, in a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Tear the ham slices into smaller strips, fold them, and place one on each cracker.
Cut the Swiss cheese into 1-inch pieces and place one piece on top of the ham on each cracker.
Top each with another Ritz cracker to form sandwiches.
Prepare the Topping:
In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic powder. Mix well until everything is incorporated.
Pour this mixture evenly over the cracker sandwiches, ensuring each one gets a little bit of the seasoned butter.
Add Final Touches:
Sprinkle the poppy seeds and dried minced onion evenly over the sandwiches.
Bake:
Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the tops are turning golden brown.
Serve:
Remove the sandwiches from the oven and serve them warm.
