  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Combine Ingredients: Transfer the browned sausage to the crockpot and add frozen tortellini, marinara sauce, and chicken broth. Stir well to combine all ingredients.
  • Cook: Set your crockpot to low and cook for 4-5 hours, or on high for 2-3 hours, until the tortellini is tender and the flavors have melded.
  • Add Cheese: In the last 30 minutes of cooking, sprinkle the shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheeses over the top. Cover the crockpot to allow the cheese to melt smoothly.
